25 June 2026 The Normandy Chemistry PhD Students’ Day (JEDNC), 25 June 2026, University of Rouen Normandy, France

University of Rouen Normandy, Rouen, France

The Normandy Chemistry PhD Students’ Day (JEDNC) is an annual event that brings together the five public higher education institutions of the Normandy region: the Universities of Caen, Rouen, and Le Havre as well as ENSICAEN and INSA Rouen Normandie.

This event fosters interactions between master's students, PhD candidates, academic researchers, and industry professionals, focusing on scientific advances and key challenges in chemistry. It provides a valuable platform for showcasing research conducted within Normandy’s laboratories while strengthening connections between academia and industry.

The support of committed partners, such as Drug and Drug Candidates (ISSN: 2813-2998) plays an important role in promoting these exchanges. This collaboration highlights the value of strong synergies between academic research and innovation stakeholders, helping to create new scientific and technological opportunities in Normandy.

26–28 August 2026 Meet Us at the 2nd Workshop for Drug Hunters, 26—28 August 2026, São João del-Rei, Brazil

São João del-Rei, Brazil

The 2nd Workshop for Drug Hunters is an international scientific meeting focused on modern strategies for drug discovery and development, integrating computational and experimental approaches for the identification, design, and optimization of novel therapeutic molecules. The event will take place from 26 to 28 August 2026, at the CSA Campus of the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ), Brazil.

The scientific program will feature researchers from leading Brazilian institutions—including UFSJ, CEFET-MG, UEFS, UFRJ, UFMG, UFLA, and UFJF—as well as international collaborators from Dublin City University (Ireland) and Universidad de la República (Uruguay). Topics will include artificial intelligence in drug discovery, molecular docking, molecular dynamics, ADMET prediction, structural bioinformatics, and translational applications in pharmaceutical and biotechnology research.

In addition, the MDPI journal Drugs and Drug Candidates (ISSN: 2813-2998) will organize a Special Issue dedicated to the event. Participants will have the opportunity to submit their research contributions, and the best works presented during the workshop may be published free of charge.
