Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Sustainability has been a challenging question in all spheres of life, where consumption is affected by the activities of all stakeholders. There may be many drivers for the failure or success of a business, but the sustainability of society is essential. A few such drivers are education, society, management, and law. Any decision made at any point in time is the determinant of the sustainable future. Sustainable consumption can only be possible through the right set of decisions. Education on renewable energy benefits can lead to success, which may further be analyzed as success factors. In the crisis context, the importance of sustainable consumption receives enhanced attention. At this moment, it is very important to obtain a clear picture of situational factors leading to failure, and success factors determining sustainability. The drivers include but are limited to education, society, and management. Most of these drivers are underlying factors required to seriously consider sustainability. Sustainable consumption can protect the environment through the consumption of renewable energy.
