Abbreviations in the text should be explained. On figure 5 is not a reference in the text. In Fig. 6 is a very long name. It would be better to place the text in a note below the figure. The text is accompanied by mathematical expression. A large number of formulas may make it difficult to understand the text. The text, however, is at a very high scientific level.

1.In Abstract, you said you considered structural breaks and smooth changes, but the definitions are unclear and they should be stated clearly, especially in Section 3.
2.The meaning of CLIME should be given.
3.Line 251, $A_0(1)$ should be $A_0(i)$. In addition, $A_0(i), i=1, …, 1000$ are just given for $i=1, …, 299,300,650$.
4.Page 16, what is the motivation for estimating the networks for this real data? In other words, what can we learn from the estimated networks?
5.Reference 64 is inexact.
