Optional remark, at the discretion of the authors:

The authors in their work studied the time periods of autophagy and apoptotic type of cell death. However, with such a complex picture of neurodegeneration that occurs after TMT treatment, other types of cell death can be observed. Therefore, I prefer the previous title of the article, where the authors do not specify that TMT causes apoptotic neurodegeneration.
