I would like to  thank the authors for the whole improvement in their manuscript. It is almost ready for publication in IJMS now.

I have only one minor correction: in Fig6, i suggest the authors to add symbols within the panel to indicate the meaning of red and green arrows. It is already mentioned in the caption text, but alternatively, it will probably more visual with symbols.
