given the broad topic treated, I believe that the authors have dealt with everything that could be clearly and thoroughly. further research would have made it difficult to learn the scientific spirit of research. I believe that no further grafts or considerations or research are needed.

This is really good paper which comprehensively describe the effect of diet and food on PK and PD of drugs. I have not found any weak points. The paper in the current form is ready for publication.
