Reviewer 2 Report
The manuscript by Negri et al is a very complete and detailed review about reactive oxygen species, Ca2+ signals and vascular functions. The paper is well-structured, carefully and well written. The authors have clearly focused on the information published over the last years, which has indeed resulted in a timely review. The manuscript is written very well and I do not find any significant incorrectness. In my opinion, the manuscript should be published in the present form.
I just recommend the authors check the whole text for typographical mistakes. For instance, the title in line 32 should be in bold, as well as the title in line 77, etc.
