Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

In this paper by Dr. Vagiannis et al., the authors describe the characterization of the effect of tepotinib on the ABCB2 and ABCG2 efflux transporters by the use of molecular biological and biochemical experiments.

The study is clinically relevant, the experiments are well designed and well described. I have no constructive criticism to the manuscript.

Reviewer 2 Report

Good study. Need to include more details in the methods sections, even though they have published previously. Also, controls should be included in all figures not some.
