Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The application of radiopharmaceuticals inappropriate dose is an integral part of this review manuscript. The variation needs to study because obesity could have a significant impact on proper dosing. Overall the review will be interesting for many readers; however, it needs to revise before acceptance. The selective comments for improvement are:

  1. The authors could add a schematic diagram or figure for describing radiopharmaceuticals' mechanism of action in our body. It will help the reader.
  2. Is there any relation between obesity and cancer prognosis? The authors could discuss this part since most radiopharmaceuticals are used in cancer diagnosis and therapy.
  3. The format of manuscript organization needs to correct. Both Results and Methods in different art are shown in manuscript number (2).
  4. The table-1 needs reference as a source of information. The authors could add uses of these radiopharmaceuticals in table-1.
  5. The figure and figure title should be organized.

Round 2

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors have responded to most of the comments. However, a graphical schematic diagram would be helpful for the manuscript and its reader. Therefore it recommends that the author will positively consider in their revised submission.
[1] Based on the general mechanisms of action of radiopharmaceuticals in the manuscript's introduction, a schematic diagram or figure is needed.
