Reviewer 1 Report
This review article by Yoon et al, is well written, brings many excellent pints, short, sweet and to the point. I would love to recommend this work. I have a few suggestions to the authors which can improve the present MS.
> Role of Fatty acid transport proteins, scavenger proteins such as CD36 have not been mentioned.
>Explaining role of fatty acid metabolism in different types of ovarian cancer pathogenesis can add value to present MS.
> What is the role of unregulated fatty acid metabolism in adaptive immune responses such as Tcell subsets?
> Please incorporate more in depth mechanism of action on the role of fatty acid metabolism in ovarian cancer cell proliferation, metastasis and ovarian tumor micro environment regulation.
