I am very grateful to your comments for the manuscript. Accroding with your advice, I improved the conclusion section. Thanks for your valuable commets again.

Reviewer 2 Report

This is an interesting study. Huang et al. conducted this work to identify and characterize the AlkB gene family in sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) that has important economic value worldwide. The manuscript is generally well-written, and results are clearly presented and have a scientific value. Before the publication of this manuscript, I would suggest the authors expand the conclusions section to make it more robust and mention the future directions.
