- Grade I: Adverse events with minimal clinical relevance that do not cause deviation from routine postoperative follow-up. Therapeutic measures include analgesia, antibiotics, and physiotherapy.

- Grade II: Complications that are treatable but do not require additional surgical intervention or unplanned hospital admission.
