The manuscript was improved by the authors and they explained most of my doubts that appeared in the review (04/07/2022). I still believe that the research design was not perfect, but I do appreciate the Authors’ efforts to respond to my comments.

            I suggest dividing the article into more paragraphs (especially „Strenghts and Limitations”) to make it easier for the reader to understand  the text.

Please remove extra space in line 128:

„(…) of socio-demographic variables which has potential confounding effect on the association (…)”

 

Self-citation – see: reference 25 and 26. In my opinion, there is no need to cite two articles which presented findings from the same study (KORA Age Study) conducted by Johar H.
