Facebook group was managed by the research team, that used a participatory approach. All members were allowed to post motivational messages or questions for their peers; the reports and photos from organized events were also posted regularly, so all participants could follow the level of participation of other students. Control group In this group, students were free to practice any kind of physical activity if and when they wanted to, but they did not join the facebook group. |
