Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Thank you for the opportunity to review this manuscript again. Unfortunately, I still have the same concerns as my first review and do not feel that the authors have adequately addressed my concerns regarding organization of information to address central points. The presentation of information both in narrative and tabular format need extensive revision and remains unsuitable for publication as-is. I suggest the authors start with Research Questions they aim to answer in the review and organize information around these central questions.

Reviewer 2 Report

The authors did an exceptional job of incorporating the comments. The manuscript is well-improved since the original version. I have no further comments.
