- DMAEMA was reacted with 1-bromohexane to form dimethylaminohexyl methacrylate (DMAHM, CL = 6, molecular weight: 210.3788).
- DMAEMA was reacted with 1-bromononane to form dimethylaminononyl methacrylate (DMANM, CL = 9, molecular weight: 252.4586).
- DMAEMA was reacted with 1-bromododecane to form dimethylaminododecyl methacrylate (DMADDM, CL = 12, molecular weight: 294.5383).
