Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This is an interesting paper, but there are a  number of issues to consinder and change: The number of references for this type of paper is not adequate. More research should be mentioned. The table is difficult to follow. In addition to that, it is not clear how relevant is the question to the readers and professionals.

Author Response

The number of references for this type of paper is not adequate. More research should be mentioned.

Answer: More research was mentioned with what could be found.

The table is difficult to follow

Answer: Table was tidied up to make it easier to read.

In addition to that, it is not clear how relevant is the question to the readers and professionals.

Answer: This is an excellent point as it may need to be clearer. Clarification in the introduction was added as clozaril and SSRIs are often used together and they have possible side effects which the clinician of which the reader should be aware. This is not something that is discussed in the literature much which is why this manuscript is important in the field.

Reviewer 2 Report

It is a remarkable paper about the interaction between SSRI and clozapine. I suggest that adding a summarizing table will increase the readability.

Author Response

I suggest that adding a summarizing table will increase the readability.

Answer: thank you for your kind words. There is a table with the summary of the clinical studies to help guide the readers.
