Reviewer 2 Report

overall the paper is good, the findings are presented well.  My primary concern was that there didn't seem to be sufficient forethought into what type of questions to ask to help interpret the findings, such as asking the men what education was received prior to mid-term of the pregnancy.  hopefully the pdf comments come through for a few specifics.
