Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
The paper is an interesting piece of work to read and would provide an important contribution to a less explored area in the international research agenda. The manuscript is well reasoned and contains rich information about the topic. However, I have some concerns that I will be mentioned in the following part.
- The paper digs in a well-established area of research.
- The manuscript was written in good language.
- Please indicate the location of this study in the abstract
- Introduction: seems to be long and contains some unnecessary repeated sentences that are already explained earlier.
- Please add the paper structure at the end of your introduction.
- Literature review: covers a wide range of studies and seems to be updated with recent papers, although I think, the author/s needs to divide it into sections to make it easier for the reader to follow the main ideas of the review. Please cite following papers:

7. Conclusion: seems to me be results and findings of the study. There should be a deeper discussion of the results and author/s should concentrate on why results were different among the sectors found in the six countries rather than reporting these results.
8. I think you can display your ideas in a more attractive view.
Thanks

Dear sir,
Thank you for your valuable and fruitful comments.
I reacted to all your comments and followed exactly what you suggested, except the literature review, I did not divide it into sections because it is based on the publishing date, not topics.
Many thanks to your fruitful comments

COMMENTS TO THE AUTHOR
This paper investigates the effect of green supply chain management on the competitive advantage of JPM organizations. The data is collected from 137 managers are working in 10 organizations by questionnaires. After confirming the tool validity, reliability, and relationship between variables of the hypotheses were tested by multiple regressions. Results show that JPM organizations implement green selling, and then green purchasing, while weekly implement green operations. At the same time, from the point of view of the competitive advantage dimensions, results show that Jordanian Pharmaceutical organizations highly concern about reliability, then quality, and speed (time), respectively. However, they concern less about cost
reduction and innovation.
The paper is probably publishable, but should be reviewed again in major revised form before it is accepted. There are some detailed comments on the paper as follows:
(1) In the line 433 on page 12, “seeling” should be changed into “selling”.
(2) The abstract only contains the results of the paper. So, you need to give some managerial insights for the Jordanian pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations, and tell them how to achieve green management.
(3) In the line 344 on page 7, the author has distributed online questionnaires to 300 managers, but only 137 were complete and suitable for further analysis. The complete rate of the questionnaires is less than 50%. So, whether the questionnaire results are reliable for the author to further analysis?
(4) In the line 128 on page 3, what is the basis of the author choosing green purchasing, green internal operations, and green selling as green supply chain components?
(5) The author needs to notice the normalization of Figures (see: Fig.1, Fig.2 et al.).
