The paper is logical and contributes more on literature reproduction which makes is too lengthy and loses readers interest. It is better to make it smart by reducing literature already available for the readers such as 7S Model, and not discussing the figures in details as they already explaining the content presented in figures.

At the end of paper, there is no need for "Thanks", just omit it.

The authors had presented good work for the effective design of the implementation process of Industry 4.0 in the furniture sector.

I only have a suggestion that the authors can discuss the current examples of industry 4.0 technologies in furniture industry in background part.

The aim of the document is to provide effective guidance and recommendations for the effective design of the Industry 4.0 implementation process in the furniture sector and to provide managers with an effective procedure for implementing Industry 4.0 in this context. To achieve this goal, a qualitative empirical research design was used. The primary data sources are semi-structured expert interviews and questionnaire surveys. Enterprises with a higher technological intensity and a closer relationship to Industry 4.0 were selected. Another criterion was that the enterprises in question should have been involved in innovation in the furniture industry for more than 5 years.

The study was also supplemented by quantitative research, the tool of which was a questionnaire survey conducted both on members of the Association of Czech Furniture Makers and the Cluster of Czech Furniture Makers, as well as other companies in the woodworking industry. The data were collected in the form of an electronic survey by contacting business directors using the LimeSurvey platform. The research was carried out in 2021 and 2022 on a sample of 144 enterprises. The group of respondents consisted exclusively of managers, mainly from the field of project management.

This study should help in promoting the Industry 4.0 innovative technology in the furniture industry, as a tool to support its adaptation to the changing environment towards sustainable production.

The article presented contains an adequate amount of literature used.

In the submitted article, the text in Figure 1 has worse readability and would be advisable to improve it graphically.
