The article was well-written and the data was well documented. The results of the regression-model should be more elaborate and should be presented along with all the variables used. The possibility of multi-variate regression model (combining clinical variables) can be assessed for the same. The justification for model adjusted with the parsimonious model should be improved.
Article was well written. However, result section can be explained comprehensively. authors could produce the details of regression variables and adjustment methods.

The study identiefied the variables aassociated with seropositivity for SARS-CoV-2 in one region in Peru, which migt improve future contact tracing tsrategies. The study hast ist scientific value. However, there are revisions neaded.
- What was the temporal association of analysis for anti-SASR-CoV-2 antibodies with assesment of symptoms or admission to hospital. If the blood has been drown to soon in certain participants, there might be a risk for serologic window and false postitive tests. Authors state i nthe medthods that they also utilised nucleic acid testing. Using PCR might minimize the impact of possible serologic windoow. However, from the manuscript, it is not clear how many patients were seropositive and how many had positive or negative PCR. Please clarify.
- In some parts of manuscripts, the authors used tems seropositive, in others just positive and it is not cleare waht it means. What was the definition of "positive" case?
I dont undestand the statement in resuslts "98% of the patient’s clinical abnormalities were seen 157 in the tomography." Please clarify.
- In ntibody dependent but PCR negative cases, there ist the risk taht these individuals attended the medical facility with resolved infection and their symptoms might be caused by other case. Please adress this issue.

Dear authors,
The manuscript aims to analyze the main symptoms and characteristics of patients related to Covid-19.
A better design of the experiment was lacking. During the analyzed period there was more than one variant, it would be interesting to analyze whether there is a change in the prevalence of symptoms in the variants.
However, the sample analyzed was sufficient and the data are quantitative, which makes the manuscript interesting for publication.
In conclusion, there is a need for a sentence that the data obtained can influence the dynamics of the routine of a hospital, for example.
