Dear Authors,

My comments are given below :

1.      The abstract need to be revised, the current abstract is not logical, it should be logical and clearly reflect the problem statement, methodology, and results.

2.      The introduction heading is missing, please follow the journal format i.e., Introduction, material and methods, results and discussion and conclusion.

3.       It will be good to add area Map. Also the sample preparation is not clearly explained. Further, add the all samples mechanical and physical properties table for the reader understanding.

4.      The article contain plagiarism (35%) it must be remove.

5.       The article need proofreading by some native English.

6.      The authors should add updated reference on Electromagnetic radiation (Infrared radiation) against this sentence and make the sentence for attractive for reader (electromagnetic radiation prediction technique and infrasonic prediction technique) for example “ Early Violent Failure Precursor Prediction Based on Infrared Radiation Characteristics for Coal Specimens Under Different Loading Rates”.

7.      “Among them, the acoustic emission prediction technique has attracted many scholars to conduct related research because of its simple principle and easy operation”. Add also some disadvantages as well for reader that might be bring some emerging idea in future. The AE mostly give unreliable result due sensor disturbance often cause machine vibration etc. what is necessary action that researcher takes.

8.       The article need extensive word changes; the article is translated by google translator or bidu translator it need carefully revision.

9.       There are still room for improvement, I encourage author to revised the article very carefully, support the article result through published literature.

10.   Some figure, which contain three side boarder, the author is encouraging to use double y and double x figure (mean complete square boarder figure).

Response: In the preface, a description about the shortage of AE is added, and it is pointed out that scholars are doing more research on the shortage, and it is possible to achieve significant results in the near future.

Response: This type of diagram is mainly used in this paper to establish the relationship between strain and time by taking stress as a bridge, so as to analyze the variation law of AE count at different deformation stages.

Response: This literature provides inspiration for the development of acoustic emission research, and is referenced in this paper.

Response: The number of references was increased to 33. Of these, 21 were published between 2020 and 2022.
