Conceptual framework can be improved.

Thanks to the respected reviewer for this comment. The conceptual framework has been revised and improved in the revised version of the manuscript.

Conclusion part can be improved.

Considering the constructive comment, the Conclusion section has been modified and extended. All the modifications have been highlighted in the revised version of the manuscript.

Reviewer 2 Report

Considering the subject of the study, references to enterprises should be limited, and literature and cited studies should be extended to articles about public sector entities. The scope of the proposed issues is:

- attitude of employees to environmental activities

- employees' attitude to environmental training

- locating environmental training in HRM

In the research part, there is no period when the research was carried out.

In the last parts, fragments on the specificity of the examined entity and its impact on the education system (increasing the awareness of teachers and students) should be added.

The authors prove that trainings increase the awareness of employees of the Ministry of Education about environmental challenges. The subject of the research is specific, so there are no studies to compare. As further directions of research, the authors can indicate the impact of training of the ministry's staff on the functioning of the education system.

Reviewer 3 Report

Dear authors,

I'm grateful to review this manuscript. The comments will be useful for overall improvement.

Abstract: It is suggested that the abstract needs improvement. Some points could be described: The originality of the research is not justified, and the methodology and the authors do not explain the contribution of their research. So, it is suggested to reformulate the logic of presenting the context, and the research problem will investigate. How to address the research gap; Methodology; Why the artifact is essential; Findings and results; and the theory and practical contribution.

Introduction

There is a lag in literature citation of the problem relevance (practical and theoretical) above 2019-2023.

The introduction should address the specific problem considered in this manuscript.  The introduction section must narrow down the topic area of the paper.

The following paragraphs should be the key of the introduction, summarizing the main contributions of the manuscript given the context you have established in the paragraphs before. Describing the general approach and the literature will select to address the issues.

The following paragraph describes the research questions to develop the study.

It is essential to describe the methodology, the manuscript adopted to respond to the research question.

The next describes the contributions of practitioners and academics. It is necessary to mention the gaps of knowledge that this research will fill.

The last paragraph describes how the manuscript is structured as follows. Give a roadmap for the rest of the paper.

Theoretical Background and Hypotheses Raising

There is a lag in the literature citation of the theoretical background above 2019-2023.

So, the content of Hypotheses Raising should be improved. It is necessary to demonstrate how, why, and when the relationship happens and the consequences for dependent variables by citations from 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

III. Method

It is necessary to describe the pre-test phase.

it is necessary to describe if the final sample size satisfied the requirement for structured equation modeling (SEM) and the reason that adopting the SmartPLS.

For example, empirical studies that adopted SEM demonstrated the reason:

SEM allows the assumptions on multivariate normality, combines the use of both reflective and formative constructs, to analyze complex models in a small sample, examining the chain of effects, and it uses as a predictive tool for theory building (Henseler et al., 2016; Ringle, Sarstedt, & Straub, 2012). Furthermore, PLS-SEM allows examining indirect and total effects, reducing error associated with the model by assessing the relationships between multi-item constructs (Henseler et al., 2016).

It is necessary to describe how the study controlled the common method bias CMB in the research design phase.

Insert the figure 2 with path coefficients and R2.

Theoretical and Managerial Implications

The new theoretical contributions section is not informing the readers of what is new that the study is offering to the field.

It is essential to include how this study extends knowledge, creates novel knowledge of the literature, and contributes to the gaps mentioned in current studies.

Please clearly state how the practitioners can use this study for their activities in the organizations.

Thanks to the respected reviewer for these constructive comments. The Abstract section has been completely revised and partly rewritten. The originality and the contribution of the study have been highlighted and other necessary modifications according to the reviewer’s point of view have been performed in the revised version of the manuscript.

Introduction
