Considering the subject of the study, references to enterprises should be limited, and literature and cited studies should be extended to articles about public sector entities. The scope of the proposed issues is:- attitude of employees to environmental activities
- employees' attitude to environmental training
- locating environmental training in HRM
In the research part, there is no period when the research was carried out.
In the last parts, fragments on the specificity of the examined entity and its impact on the education system (increasing the awareness of teachers and students) should be added.
The authors prove that trainings increase the awareness of employees of the Ministry of Education about environmental challenges. The subject of the research is specific, so there are no studies to compare. As further directions of research, the authors can indicate the impact of training of the ministry's staff on the functioning of the education system.
