Introduction- some sentence restructuring is needed, i.e., correction of minor grammatical error

The topic is about integrated urban farming, but the introduction doesn’t tell about integrated urban agriculture (what is?) line 44 to 53 only talks about urban farming but from this, readers will not get an idea on integrated urban agriculture so a comprehensive definition is needed. They tried to talk a few in lines 76 and 77 but not much clearly, so introducing IUF(integrated Urban Farming) before explaining such with some references is needed.

In line 57 the authors introduced the term PPKM without elaborating it; elaboration is needed while first time introducing terms like such. In line 73 Buran SAE- is SAE is an abbreviation? If then full elaboration is needed.

Careful consideration of the meaning of sentences is needed; for eg in lines 86 to 90 the authors wrote like this

The implementation of integrated urban farming in Bandung City has contributed to many problems in the city such as controlling food  inflation, reducing organic waste because the waste is used as organic fertilizer through composting, magotization and bio-energy techniques for plants, reducing stunting cases  in 2020 stunting cases in toddlers in Bandung City reached 8.86%, in 2021 reduced by 90 around 1.03% to 7.83% stunting cases in toddlers in Bandung City [19]

Are those contributing towards problems or problem-solving approaches???

 In lines, 109 to 110 Authors wrote a sentence like this : Commitment and cooperation form a policy network- is this complete and correct ???

 In line 121, urban agriculture or urban farming based on topics ???

 Literature review

In line 134 to 134, sentence restructuring is needed to avoid repetitive words and like this the authors should pay attention on sentence structuring .

 It is better to move lines 184 to 197 in the introduction section just after lines 44 to 53 so that the readers will know about the IUF.

 Method

Elaboration of the mixed method is needed (what is it in this article ?)- line 210- is it a qualitative and quantitative method? If so, just mention it in the bracket.

 The authors have not used the term Integrated Urban Farming – in most of the part, they used integrated urban farming. In some, the first word is capitalized, so I recommend using an abbreviation like Integrated Urban Farming (IUF); then onwards, they can use IUF.

Results

 In lines 304 to 305, authors used repetitive words (questionnaire 2 times ); likewise, I recommend authors to check thoroughly in the documents to avoid such and other grammatical and punctuation mistakes.

About the submission with the title "Mapping Policy Actors Using Social Network Analysis on Integrated Urban Farming in Bandung City" I suggest the authors clarify the following points:

- Main motivations;

- Gaps that justify the research;

- Objectives;

- Adequacy of the methodology considered (with scientific support);

- Limitations of having only 38 responders and how this compromise the adequacy of the sample relatively to the population considered;

- How the structure of the questionnaire was organised (what scientific support was considered);

- Identify main insights; policy recommendations, practical implications and future research;

- How the limitations of the Gephi were addressed.

The authors of the work Mapping Policy Actors Using Social Network Analysis on Integrated Urban Farming Program in Bandung City, present a relevant topic especially in the current conditions of the digitalization of the fields of activity at a global level and with a direct orientation towards supporting food safety and security in the city of Bandung through digital technological solutions (e.g. network structure in Integrated Urban Farming), which creates a multiplier effect for other areas globally.

The concepts, bibliographic sources and citations are adequately mentioned by the authors of the work, such as for example "Policy networks are described in several categories, namely actors, linkages, and 152 boundaries [39]".

The research methodology corresponds to the analyzed topic, respectively the authors use the mixed method with an exploratory sequential strategy that involves political actors from the government, the private sector, the academic environment, the community and the mass media. Moreover, the bibliometric analysis shows very clearly the analyzed situation and with direct orientation on the rigor of the identified sources.

The results of the research are presented by the authors, highlighting the network that is structured on four dimensions, with direct orientation towards eccentricity, and the study confirms the actor that has the most connections (degree of centrality). However, we suggest the authors of the paper, given the fact that the results are directly oriented towards applied research, to present those innovative scientific contributions that personal results and contributions to the relevant scientific literature. Moreover, following the research methods used, we suggest to highlight as clearly as possible the bibliometric analysis and the role of AI in the Integrated Urban Farming network.

The conclusions are relevant and oriented towards applicability and multiplication. Furthermore, limitations and future research are adequately mentioned by the authors.

We congratulate the research team, and after revision according to the above, we propose the paper for acceptance.
