Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

1. Authors need to clarify, whether they have used 5 point likert scale or seven point scale in the method section.

2. Change in R square and adjusted R square are same in Table 4 how?

3. Show factor loadings, AVE, CR VIF values in separate table.

4. Discussion section is weak, I suggest to merge theoretical implications into discussion

5. Conclusion must be separate section

6. Add Discriminant validity table

English language used in the manuscript is fine.

Reviewer 2 Report

The article presents interesting research results on the relationship between environmentally-specific servant leadership and employees' voluntary green behavior. It is in general well-written. The hypotheses formulated are based on the literature review. The literature review could be a little bit more expanded. The research methodology (with one exception, please see the comment below) and the results are  appropriately presented. The contribution to the theory and practice implications is given.

However, I have two comments. Firstly, Authors should provide a formal description of the M0-M1 models used in the analysis. Secondly, the proposed research model shown in Figure 1 (and the text related to it) should be moved from the Introduction section to the Literature Review and Hypotheses Development section.

The gap needs to be further highlighted, as the current paper ignores several important recent studies relevant to its topic, such as:

The references used in the literature review are mostly outdated.

Scientific justification for introducing workplace anxiety as a moderator must be provided. A connection should be created before proposing a new model.

The research population is not clear.

The sample is very strange; why those two companies and why 130 and 110 respondents? Moreover, targeting an environmental protection firm for this kind of research is not reasonable! Results obtained from such companies can’t be generalized. environmental protection firm, by default, pays exclusive attention to green behavior. Accordingly, this research should be either for an engineering company or an environmental protection firm, but not both!

English is generaly good.

Thank you for addressing most of my comments correctly. I still have concerns about the selection of the sample, and I strongly recommend that you provide an explanation for selecting two random companies like this. You need to define the population and the targeted population, then justify the sample selection and discuss the sampling technique. You can build on what you have provided as an answer to my comment.

The language is good.
