Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The authors estimated biophysical variables of green onion crop. The research methodologies are reasonable, and the findings are interesting. However, there are still some aspects that should be improved to make the paper publishable. I focus here only on some points, which are hopefully easy for the authors to take into account in the revision.

(1) Sec Introduction - hightlight the innovation and contribution.

(2) Fig is not clear enough.

(3) The observation time of Sentinel-2 in the specific location is fixed, and the observation time of field data maybe different. How to match them? More details should be added.

  • Sec Introduction - hightlight the innovation and contribution.

We appreciate your comment we highlited the innovation and contribution in the end of introduction section

  • Fig is not clear enough.

We appreciate your valuable comment, and we improved the all figures according your comment

We appreciate your valuable comment, we take your comment in consideration, we are doing that we collected the field data in the same time of satellite as described in table1 and table 2

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The manuscript entitled “Multi sensor remote sensing to estimate Biophysical Variables of Green Onion Crop (Allium Cepa L.) under Different Sources of Magnesium., Case Study: New Reclaimed Area at Ismailia, Egypt” determine the relationship between biophysical variables, such as LAI, FAPAR, and vegetation indices from Sentinel-2 data by remote sensing on green onion crop under different foliar applications sources of Magnesium and its effects on green yield. The manuscript had some flaws to be improved.

1.     There are many spelling errors in the manuscript.

2.     Innovative points of the manuscript were not given in the manuscript. The authors should consider and clarify the innovation of the study.

3.     The format of tables and figures in the manuscript looks not standardized, and were not beautiful.

4.     Discussion of the manuscript was not focus, and need to be rewrite.

Comments on the Quality of English Language

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Dear authors, the manuscript entitled “Multi sensor remote sensing to estimate Biophysical Variables of Green Onion Crop (Allium Cepa L.) under Different Sources of Magnesium in Ismailia, Egypt” observed the correlation between estimated biophysical parameters using Sentinel-2 satellite imagery and the same measured biophysical parameters using ground observation devices. The study was also proposed different empirical mathematical models to estimate crop yield under different treatments of Magnesium fertilizing under specific conditions of the study area and green onion. The results help to understand The manuscript looks sound, but had some flaws to be improved.

1)       I would suggest the authors add the mechanism of application of magnesium fertilizer affects crop yields in the discussion, and present research prospect briefly.
