This manuscript describes the current situation of circular economy to create a zero-waste city. This study emphasizes the role of effective e-waste management as a crucial part of a circular economy. The work has been carried out with care and the results have been presented with clarity and discussed appropriately. In addition, the collection of e-waste, recovery of items such as virgin materials and metals, and segregation and safe disposal of hazardous substances, are the main services that a complete electronic waste system to ensure sustainability. In this way, this manuscript demonstrates a significant contribution in the area of sustainability. Accordingly, I can recommend publication of this work in Sustainability after solving the issues detected.

The document addresses an Effective Electronic Waste Management; however, it does not mention any successful case that is being carried out in any part of the world or management strategies in certain countries, and from there contrast with the management that reaches predominate in different societies.

Everything remains very general and there is little relationship between sections such as abstract and conclusion
