Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear Authors,

I made the comments in two separate files. In word format, you can find grammatical errors. In the pdf file, you will get my comments. I declare it a major revision as it stands. I will state my final opinion after your edits and answers. I wish you good luck with your work.

I recommended to the author do a full proofreading with the native speaker as a lot of sentences are a bit confusing. Please check the overall structure of this paper too. If you can point out clearly your article's novelty, I am happy to proceed with publication.

I include some comments in this attached PDF.

1) Before stating that the evaluation methodologies are reliable, briefly clarify what the limitations and potential are in applying them to the case study and why they are the most suitable.

2) The equations can be further clarified

3) The results do not clearly reveal a methodological proposal for improving the introduction of EC criteria in the e-waste sector.

4) The conclusions largely repeat the findings. Therefore it is suggested to clarify what the conclusions are and why it is believed that the study cannot be applied to other countries outside India
