Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The article is very well-structured. The fact that it connects the hypothesis with the literature shows that it is a very well documented theme of research. The research methodology is also very well explained making readers to understand the study even if they are not from the field.

I recommend to explain the results of tables 6. 7 and 8. they are difficult to be understood by readers that do not know to do these kind of computations.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The issue of organizational change is one of the most interesting research elements of contemporary management. Its importance results primarily from the possibility of examining the impact of various elements and their effectiveness. In the study, the authors addressed the issue of the importance of employee involvement for the implementation of organizational change.

To achieve this goal, a specific research methodology was adopted. The research used statistical methods, measuring and analyzing a descriptive model and structural equations. Interviews were also conducted to clarify the elements of the proposed author's change plan. Employee participation, empowerment, and teamwork were identified and separated as critical dimensions of employee involvement, along with items operationally defining their content. These dimensions are independent variables, and humble leadership plays the role of a mediator.

The research methodology is correct. Convergent and discriminant validity tests were used to assess the quality of the measurement model, followed by tests of convergent and discriminant validity, including tests of validity, reliability, discriminant validity and multidimensionality. Indicator values (e.g., mean variance, loading factor, C.R. composite reliability, and Cronbach's alpha) demonstrate strong internal consistency, reliability, and validity that exceeds the expected value of variance. The results were assessed in two stages: first for the structural model, and then for the measurement model. The research model is also well fitted because the values of the SRMR, NFI and R2 coefficients of determination are higher than the expected statistical norms. Finally, correlational studies demonstrate significant associations and statistical associations between all constructs examined.

The research was conducted on a sample of 412 employees of the telecommunications industry (57%) and the refinery industry (42%). They form a combined pool as one research set, which is not necessarily positive for substantive conclusions (see conclusions)

Research shows that transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing targeted training for engaged employees, clear change goals, and supporting the vision alleviate employee resistance and drive desired results. The role of modest leadership as a moderator, and more broadly, the role of management supporting the transformation of the organization, is important.

 Conclusions:

the article introduces new substantive elements, expanding on the example of a developing country, i.e. Côte d'Ivoire, the knowledge about the impact of employee involvement on organizational changes, with the active role of modest leadership. The cognitive significance of the article would be much greater if the authors had comparatively shown the impact of sector specificity (production refineries and service telecommunications), at least in the characteristics of descriptive statistics. The article is suitable for printing after these minor changes

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

To enhance the quality and effectiveness of your paper titled "Effectiveness of Organizational Change through Employee Involvement in Côte d’Ivoire," specific revisions are needed.

Title and Abstract

Eliminate the name of country in title, and make the title more related to teh variables tested. It is a very simple and country specific title that will not attract readers. The abstract should succinctly include the core elements of your research, starting with the purpose, to immediately engage the reader with the relevance and objective of your study and not the introduction.

Then should move on to the methodology, and concludes with the findings and implications, making it more direct and purposeful.

Introduction

Expand the introduction by delving deeper into the significance of the study. Here, you can elaborate on the criticality of organizational adaptability in the face of rapid technological and environmental changes. Reference seminal works on leadership / An empirical study of entrepreneurial leadership and fear of COVID-19 impact on psychological wellbeing: A mediating effect of job insecurity-Guberina,to frame your research within the broader academic dialogue. This not only situates your study within established research but also highlights its contribution to an ongoing conversation.

Literature

Provide some more theoretical support for your hypotheses how countries tackle the change and transformation such as  Zhao, S.,. . Has China's low-carbon strategy pushed forward the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises? Evidence from the low-carbon city pilot policy. Environmental Impact Assessment Review, Qiu, L., Yu, R., . How can China's medical manufacturing listed firms improve their technological innovation efficiency? An analysis based on a three-stage DEA model and corporate governance configurations. Technological Forecasting and Social Change, 194, . and Alzadjali, A. H . Adopting a Learning Organization Perspective for Improving Human Resources Service Quality During Digital Transformation. Journal of Chinese Human Resources Management. Also at the end of the hypotheses please draw a figure of the research model.

Methodology and results

eliminate redundancy and shift from future tense to past tense to reflect the completed actions of your study. describe the sample items, detail the Cronbach's alpha values to demonstrate scale reliability, and cite the origins of all scales used. Was multicolineraity tested for? Main results interpretation is scarce.

Discussion

The discussion section requires substantial enhancement to engage with prior studies effectively and not only one sentence in the end of results. It should not only juxtapose your findings with existing literature but also critically analyze discrepancies, similarities, and the implications of your research outcomes. This section is crucial for demonstrating the study's contribution to knowledge and practice. Instead your study includes a roadmap that does not fit in suhc an article and is not a direct outcome of the study. Clearly articulate the study's limitations and suggest avenues for future research.
