Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The article assumes a complete constellation and its commissioning in June 2020. What is the current status at the end of 2021?

The GPS system as a reference for comparison and analysis of the positioning performance of the RTK terminal in the network is described only too shortly.

The further assessment of the evaluations is related to an accurate description of the GPS system approach used. For a fair evaluation please describe the used GPS system design in more detail.

Line 74:

«In reference[16], three reference...»

Reference occur two times

Line 111:

«..MW or HMW..»

What are MW and HMW?

Line 126-132:

«single-difference» and «double-difference» are used. Please provide an explanation of these terms for the readers that are not in RTK community.

Line 139 (equation 3):

What is the reason to use C and c in the same equation? The form of the matrix does not correspond to equations 1 and 2 wb and wr come with different coefficients.

Lines 164-166 (Equation 5 and 6):

Please provide details of the equation derivation or reference to such derivation. ? appears for the first time, and have not noted in the text

Line 172:

 What is «atmospheric plane»? Layer?

Line 262:

SC17 is called the rover station. How are the true coordinates of this station known to produce errors given in Figure 10?

Line 290 (Table 2):

While ionospheric irregularities could be modeled as a random process. The are ionospheric total electron content that could be different for different station-satellite pairs. Should some ionospheric model be used?

Line 319:

«low altitude elevation»

altitude or elevation?

Reviewer 3 Report

My comments for Authors:

  1. abstract, all acronyms must be explained, e.g. BDS, PNT, GNSS, RTK, CORS etc.
  2. main body of text, please check if all acronyms must be explained.
  3. equation 3, what means E ? operator?
  4. Figure 2, please add also table with coordinates of CORS station.
  5. please add discussion chapter. In this chapter please also compare your solution with scientific knowledge analysis. Why your solution is better?
