- FMC63 forward primer (FP): TGAAACTGCAGGAGTCAGGA, reverse primer (RP): CTGAGACAGTGCATGTGACG, probe: FAM-CTGGCCTGGTGGCGCCCTCA-MGB/NFQ. All oligonucleotides bind within the FMC63 sequence of the CAR constructs.
