Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This is the revised version of the article entitled “Treatment Outcomes of Computer Tomography-Guided Brachytherapy in Cervical Cancer in Hong Kong: A retro-spective review”. This is interesting topic in this field. Revision procedure performed well written according to the issues that had been pointed out. However, there are minor point of issues.

I believe that the manuscript would be more clinically meaningful if this point were added.

 1.  It is staged at FIGO 2009 but should be re-staged at FIGO 2018 as it is not difficult to re-stage at FIGO 2018.

Reviewer 2 Report

The authors have adequately addressed my concerns about this manuscript. If I may add and comment on references 45–46 and the associated discussion, the following additional papers have been published on carbon-ion RT for adenocarcinoma of the uterus cervix.

# A phase 1/2 study of C-ion RT with concurrent chemotherapy: PMID: 30825494

# A propensity score-matched analysis for concurrent use of chemotherapy for C-ion RT: PMID: 31891228

# A multi-institutional retrospective analysis of C-ion RT: PMID: 34072676

These references may enhance the discussion in this manuscript. However, this manuscript is a report on 3D-IGBT, and it would be up to the author's preference as to how far to include the above papers. I would like to make an additional comment for the authors, but I think it deserves to be accepted in its current state.

Thanks.
