This manuscript is well written and the study design seems appropriate.
This manuscript gives an excellent overview of the evolution of Renal Cell Cancer therapy approaches over the past decades, from the firsts to be used to the current ones on clinical trials. The authors also discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the therapeutic schemes used and highlight the necessity of future work to stratify patients further to predict who is likely to demonstrate treatment response or resistance.
