This is a good paper. But several areas need revisions before this manuscript may be considered further. See the comments below:

Oxidation of halobenzenes is quite important topic. But the introduction is not quite comprehensive. Few more dehalogenation catalysts should be referred. See and include this: ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces 2012, 4, 5022-5028.

Authors did not provide the BET isotherms. Without the N2 sorption isotherms and PSD plots such tabular data carry little meaning.

For NH3-TPD peak intensities are quite poor. Authors should repeat these experiments.

Fonts within the Figure 3 image are hard to recognize.
