Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors raised a very important issue. The problem of food, especially in this continent, is practically impossible to solve due to the insidiousness of water. All the more the presented research and, what is important, the research results are of great value.
All comments regarding the manuscript are included in the appendix in the form of comments related to specific sections of the article.

Reviewer 2 Report

I read with interest of manuscript "Accelerating Seed Germination and Juvenile Growth of Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) to Manage Climate Variability Through Hydro-priming".
The results proposed are in new. The mauscript is very interesting because of its practical significance.

The MS, however, presents several lacks.

In the manuscript, the notation of units should be standardized and one notation should be selected, e.g. mg L-1. Spacing must be removed between the number and °C. Problem with citing literature. There are 48 items in References. 47 articles were cited in the text. Please check citations and correct.

Author Response

I have attached the point-by-point response to reviewer 2 comments as requested.
