Very interesting image.

Only 2 considerations:

  • I think there is a mistake in figures' lettering, since the figure legend (text) refers to part E and F, while it should be part D and E
  • I think that a microphotograh of the histopathological specimen, if available, would be illustrative

The authors aimed to address the usage of PET scan in urothelial carcinoma in the urachus presenting as colon cancer which is relatively rare. An interesting image showing the diagnosis process.
