Although this is an interesting case report, it is a well known finding and adds no new information.

Reviewer 2 Report

Massive retinal gliosis is relatively rare, but when the clinical picture shows progressive enlargement, as in this case, it must be differentiated from malignancy, and thus is of great clinical significance. The images presented in this case report are appropriate and informative for ophthalmologists.
