I have studied with great interest the manuscript “Early Detection of Heart Failure using Autonomous AI-based model in Chest Radiograph: A Multicenter study”

 

The topic is original. The results are clearly presented and all the conclusions are supported by the actual references. All the cited references are relevant to the research and well-balanced. The content of the manuscript is clearly communicated, the title is appropriate to the purpose of the manuscript, and the abstract accurate and complete. The introduction clearly summarizes the current status of the topic and defines the purpose of the study. The description of methods and materials is complete, and statistical tests are used appropriately. The results are presented clearly and accurately, including in tables and figures. The figures and tables correspond to the description in the text; they are well-designed and reflect important information. The conclusions are sufficient and the most significant limitations are discussed.
