Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Thanks to the Editor for an opportunity to review the reply of the authors. They provide reasonable responses on the issues raised in the comment paper, including the opportunity for some infections manifest uniquely in the eye without other bodily signs. I also can agree that exclusion of other tropical diseases was important. I’m not sure that “artificial intelligence” is an appropriate figure of speech. I understand that the authors mean that their decision is a product of synthesis incorporated many facts and factors including their own experience and it would be enough to say this.
