The manuscript has certain innovation and novelty.However, there are still many deficiencies that need to be further revised, as shown below:1.The language level of the manuscript still needs to be improved, especially the abstract, introduction and conclusion.2.In this manuscript, the key international literature search on electric explosive welding and underwater explosive welding is not sufficient, especially the relevant papers in the past five years are lack of citations and comments.3.Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5 are not very clear with the description of the key experimental setup and experimental principle in the paper, and the experimental technique and principle need to be further demonstrated.4.The representation and expression methods of the figures in Figure 9-17 do not conform to the international specification of Origin software for drawing. Please re-draw in strict accordance with the requirements. At the same time, the numerical calculation results of the ruler is not clear, the picture quality is poor, please replace the high-quality picture, so that readers can accurately understand the author's intention. 5.The reference format is confusing and inconsistent, please re-integrate according to the requirements of the journal.

1. The language level of the manuscript still needs to be improved, especially the abstract, introduction and conclusion.
A. We asked an English proofreader to correct the manuscript.

2. In this manuscript, the key international literature search on electric explosive welding and underwater explosive welding is not sufficient, especially the relevant papers in the past five years are lack of citations and comments.
A. Some red underlined sentence been added and corrected in the introduction. Some references were added including with recent ones.

3. Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5 are not very clear with the description of the key experimental setup and experimental principle in the paper, and the experimental technique and principle need to be further demonstrated.
A. The detailed explanation of Figure 3 to 5 were added and corrected to the text underlined in red in the contents of "2. Experimental method".

4.The representation and expression methods of the figures in Figure 9-17 do not conform to the international specification of Origin software for drawing. Please re-draw in strict accordance with the requirements.
