Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The topic of the study is relevant and well researched. The theoretical and empirical parts of the paper are well structured. The theoretical concepts are coherently presented and explained in detail.  I am a little concerned about the statistical treatment of the data. As a Likert-rank scale was used, the Mann-Whitney criterion (instead of the t-criterion) should be used to calculate the differences in the two non-dependent samples. In order to compare data in several dependent samples, it was possible to use the Freedman criterion instead of ANOVA.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Dear authors

Thank you for submitting your manuscript to the journal and considering it for publication. Before deciding to accept or reject, I have comments and hope to address them in your revised version.

Abstract

It is important to add information about the limitations of your study and future research.

Developing your hypothesis

I liked the way you developed your hypothesis based on the findings of previous studies, I look forward to adding the definition of each construct based on the context of your study. For example, what perceived usefulness means in the context of mobile technology and student engagement? And so on...I suggest the two articles that can be helpful for your study and I think they may enrich your research and the hypothesis:

Methodology

I suggest adding a subsection to write in detail about the context of your study and how you recruit them for the study.

The research tool needs to add which previous studies you used to develop the items and I suggest creating a table to write the source of each item.

It is good that you used AMOS but I think your study is appropriate to use Smart PLS if is available or if you have experience with using it. What about the ethical considerations in your study?

Reporting the data

Please describe more about the Confidence Interval and how it influenced the relationships in your study.

Also, discuss the findings deeply connected to the findings of previous studies and whether they supported completely, or partially.

Separate the discussion section from the conclusion

about the Implications: make subsections:

Implications for researchers, practitioners, and maker-decisions.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The literature review is well written and supports all of the hypothesis.  The explanation and justification of each and why they were selected is well articulated.  Overall I see this as adding to the literature.  I would like to see the ages of the participants listed as it just states grade levels which are different depending on country.
