Dear authors, I believe that this is a good research exercise, however, I believe that it should go deeper into the differences between men and women, in the dimensions found, in order to deepen the conclusions. A relevant issue is that the inclusion criteria of the universities and the exclusion criteria of the sample do not appear in the methods, detail the sample.to deepen in the conclusions the issue of effectiveness, what is being understood by educational effectiveness at the classroom level, and to define the variables that define this constructor or how it is identified... it would be from the instrument that I believe should appear as an annex, and to know if this exercise is validation or already validated.

The study is very interesting, the topic is very important in pandemic times, and especially the study sample is impressive. I would recommend adding a brief paragraph at the end of the introduction section that is telling the reader what can be expected in the body of the text. The next issue is whether there is any other similar study to yours, that you can refer to. If yes, you should mention that/these paper/papers. If not you can mention, that your study is the first you know in the field. It may be important because you present very interesting results, however, and we are not able to compare your findings with the others if they exist. If this is not possible, that is OK, and maybe other scholars will be referring to your papers. In the conclusion section, you can discuss how your results may be generalized to other geographical areas, you can formulate recommendations for policymakers (there is already one), point out the limitations of the study and the avenue for future research. Overall, in my opinion, the paper is of good quality and provides a significant contribution.
