Dear authors, judging by the materials presented, your article is undoubtedly relevant and reflects the modern understanding of the control of vibration in the suspension of a car seat. The current stage of development is associated with technologies associated with the development and implementation of intelligent systems and technologies that provide for the formation of clear decisions based on fuzzy rules, fuzzy inference, fuzzy control. Therefore, the use of the mathematical apparatus of the theory of fuzzy logic determines in solving the problems indicated in the article is justified. Dear author, a question is raised by the fact that your article is overloaded with theoretical dependencies and this makes it difficult to perceive and analyze your contribution.
I think that there is a need to provide an assessment of literary sources on this issue in different parts of the world. I think that there are many more researchers who are interested in this issue, so my strong recommendation is to pay attention to the bibliography, since it is small enough for such a significant problem. Regarding the sampling of experimental data, it is necessary to process all the information using modern statistical software and show for the reader of your article that your research is sufficiently reliable.
If the need for the presentation of graphic materials figure 6 (a, b). In my opinion, it is easier to describe some graphs verbally.
It is necessary to provide research data on the use of your designs on real vehicle seats.

The manuscript is well-written. Mathematical discussions and results seem correct. There are some concerns/comments that need to be addressed by the authors.
1) Provide a brief outline of the manuscript at the end of Section 1.
2) Robustness analysis of fuzzy controllers by means of LMIs has been investigated in the literature. For instance, see 10.1109/FUZZY.2011.6007344 and 10.1016/j.jfranklin.2020.12.003. Differences between these papers and the submitted manuscript should be discussed.
3) Why some variables are shown in bold fonts? We usually use bold fonts to denote vectors. Does this tradition hold in the submitted manuscript?
4) It is not clear why cs\nabla is strictly positive in (5). More details are required.
5) In order to derive (10), the time derivative of sigma is assumed to be zero. Does this aaumption reasonable? More precisely, why is (9) equal to zero?
6) How can one guarantee that K0 in (15) is computable? What happens if (gamma*W-I) is not invertible?

For example where is formula for Switching Index, Precision Performance.
