A lot of information is missing regarding the correlation of the spectral efficiency with the number of users and the BER. It is not clear if the results that are depicted are considered for a single user case. Moreover, some metric regarding the optimization is mission (e.g. RMSE).

The paper presents a hybrid precoder using stiefel manifold optimization for mmwave massive MIMO systems. The paper is interesting, however some matters need to be addressed before publication.

1. A better explanation of your contribution needs to be added in the Introduction Section. Please set differences of your work with respect to previous work. Please highligh the advantages, benefits and contributions of the new tecnique and results.

2. Provide more details of the methodology used.

3. There is a lot of papers dealing with this topic. Please cite references dealing with this topic.

4. It is needed a better description of the results. Please highligh the benefits, the advantages and contributions of your proposal.

The paper is original and organized well.

The comparison table should contain more number of existing references and the authors have referred more than 34 papers, so it is advised authors to compare the existing work with recent number of similar works.

Section 4.1- Line 280, how come it is [79]... please verify.

Conclusions could be more clear and enhanced. Try to elaborate it precisely.

Please check whether millimeter could be written as "mm-wave" or "Mm-wave" 

Correct the sentence with small/ capital case in the caption and also in the whole document for these kind of errors.

Example: Figure 3: spectral efficiency Proposed of Algorithm.

It is advised authors to proofread the whole document for sentence case errors and grammatical errors.
