Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The work is interesting and worth publishing.

However, the Authors did not avoid some mistakes, for example:
1. Errors in citing the literature (item []);
2. Language errors related to the use of singular or plural.

After these defects are corrected, the work could be published in Applied Sciences.

Reviewer 3 Report

Authors present different simulations of SC composite beam developed in Abaqus and propose a design method of tie–bars in SC composite beam under cyclic loading. The article is clear, But examples of application of the proposed method would be helpful.
