Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The topic covered in this paper is not entirely new. The treatment of various skin diseases and changes with products of plant origin has already been published. The work is useful for monitoring the activity of a new plant with different approaches and methods. The test results could have potential application in the treatment of patients' skin.

The paper is excellently written with minor additions. The text is supported by excellent photographs and histograms.

Write in vitro in italics.

It is necessary to write a short conclusion at the end of the text.

Reviewer 2 Report

The article is interesting and relevant. It is showing that ethanolic extract improves atopic dermatitis in mice.

The main question addressed by researchers was if this substance will improve the skin.

They used appropriate methods before and after the substance application.

The topic is very original and gives hope to curing atopic dermatitis.

The paper is well written, it is easy to read and the text is clear.

The conclusions are consistent with the arguments that are presented by the authors.

The authors address the main question that was posed.

The article is interesting and brings novelty into the scientific world.

I am impressed with this article.

Interesting topic- very original.

Professional research.

I have only one question, why only male mice were taken to this research.

Are there any study limitations? If Yes, please add it at the end of the article.

I think that every research has to have study limitations.
