The topic is interesting and much work was done, but in my opinion, some of the conclusions are not well supported/explained by the reported experimental results. This paper can be published only after a major revision involving a substantial reorganization of text and figures.
The following errors are found in the manuscript:
Figure 6. quality is poor. Please replace with better quality.
Figure 7 is missing.
Please eliminate double numbering of equations. Make it clear that this is an equation! For example:
…(5) (6) = (6); (8) (9) = (9)
Conclusions: It is a summary rather than a conclusion. It should be rewritten.

Dear Authors,
The introduced corrections mainly improve the quality of work.
However, there are still two issues that need to be improved:
1. In Fig. 8 and 10, the strains take an incredibly small value. Steels of this type achieve a strain of at least 20%. Please explain or correct.
2. The entered description of strains contains information about the force sensor. However, in the tensile testing of specimens, an extensometer is used to measure elongation. Please see, eg. ASTM Standard E8/E8M − 13a and explain how the strains were obtained without such measurements.
