The Title, Introduction, and abstract are very difficult to understand, due to very long sentences which consist of concatenated substantives.

Figure 7 hast to many lines/collers, and no explanation what they are.

Figure 4: The results are increhible good. Are you sure it is so good?

In equations 3, there is a statement that the parameters are bounded.  They may be bounded but how large are they and what impact do they have on your approach?

Is there a way to minimize the uncertainties that you mentionin the same paragraph which you said you would describe in section 4. 

 

In section 3, you metion slow loop and fast loop.  Cna you give some notion of thime for each loop and how fast is the interaction?

IN figure 3, you describe two neural networks, can you talk a bout how long it takes to train those networks and how you get the data to do the training.

You said you would discuss the uncertainties in section 4, but I did not see much of a discussion. Can you provide more
