Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The 32 bibliography resources are insufficient. Please extend it at leas with 20 more journal articles. Your results must be encouraged by previous research/results. Also the conclusions can be extended and more synthetic presented.

This study used silane coupling agent to improve the adhesion between recycled concrete aggregates with asphalt . The manuscript is well written and structured and also has valuable findings

I have few suggestions to improve the manuscript

First, authors are encouraged to add more in-depth discussions and relate this study's findings with previous ones

Also please put Table 3 after the text which cites this Table

Pls delete the outdated references and cite only papers published last three years.

1-    The work in this paper was well organized, cleared goals and treatment.

2-    It is preferable to enhance the assessment of RCA1 and RCA2 particle for retained on the surface by climate change and compare the results with the current situation.

3-    Authors did not treat the pollution retention on spacemen surface.

4-    Authors uses a lot of prefix. They should add a table for all prefix

Reviewer 6 Report

Dear authors, the prepared article pleasantly surprised me and left a very good impression. Despite this, I ask you to make some changes to the article in order to increase its level of acceptance by readers.

1. The abstract should state the practical value of the research.

2. At the end of the Introduction section, it is necessary to describe the further structure of the article.

3. Tables 1 and 2 must have the same structure: physical parameters, units, value, and test standard.

4. Fig. 5 and 6 require additional explanation regarding the color and dimension of the axes. Perhaps they need to be removed.

5. The title of paragraph 4.3 is better written with a capital letter.

6. It is better to remove references before the year 2000.

7. You can add a reference doi: 10.1080/14680629.2020.1808518.
