Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Major revisions must be made to the article before it can be considered for publication. The following comments are for the author's consideration:

1. The organization and writing of the article is poor, the structure needs to be optimized and the writing needs to be improved.

2. For the creep problem, viscoplasticity is not considered in this paper.

3. What is the significance of Part 2? For the constitutive of element model, the constitutive of fractional Abelian clay pot is very mature, namely the Riemann-Liouville differential operator theory.

4. Fig.2, this model is not innovative.

5. Page 10, part of the formula was garbled, so that the reviewer could not see the derivation at all.

6. The constitutive model lacks extensive test data verification, which is the fatal defect of this paper.

7. Some citations are invalid, and outdated literature accounts for a large proportion. Here are some recommendations for you, and I suggest you consider including them in your revised manuscript:

A Fractional Order Creep Damage Model for Microbially Improved Expansive Soils[J]. Frontiers in Earth Science, 2022, 10: 942844.

Monte Carlo simulations of deformation behaviour of unbound granular materials based on a real aggregate library[J]. International Journal of Pavement Engineering, 2023, 24(1): 2165650.

Reviewer 3 Report

This paper presents the distributed order calculus to develop a creep damage theoretical model to describe the creep properties of viscoelastic materials. The paper is not well-written.

The paper should be reread carefully, and should be organized better.

* In Page3, line 93, an incomplete sentence is noted.

* There are many equations written in different Font Sizes, and if you did not derive some equations, please put necessary references before equations.

* In Page 10, equations and text are mixed.

* References should be checked. Information such as year is missing in some references.
